REFUND POLICY
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates, etc.)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for any digital products once the download or access has been granted.
Please ensure that you read all product descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing by contacting us at hello@krupaabrokwaa.com.
Public Speaking Engagements & Services
Bookings for speaking engagements or custom services are subject to separate agreements or contracts. Refund eligibility (if applicable) will be outlined in the terms of that agreement. Deposits made to secure dates are generally non-refundable unless cancellation is made by Krupa Abrokwaa.
Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase by mistake, please email us at hello@krupaabrokwaa.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, please contact us immediately at hello@krupaabrokwaa.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. This does not guarantee a refund.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you may be permanently banned from future purchases. We encourage communication and are happy to assist with any issues.
